Dr. Elizabeth Hartman, M.D.
Chief RadiologistDr. Hartman, member and partner of Progressive Radiology, joined the Howard Open MRI team six years ago. She immediately developed a respected reputation throughout Howard County due to putting her “heart and soul” into her reports. Her reports are often discussed amongst referring clinicians as being “right on point,” “definitive” and “detailed.” She enjoys meeting with referring clinicians and is interested in learning about their practice and their patient’s cases. Dr. Hartman has an open-door policy for clinician questions, concerns and case discussions.
Dr. Elizabeth Hartman has a subspecialty interest in musculoskeletal and neurological imaging. She received the Joseph E. Whitley Award for Academic Excellence in Radiology from the University Maryland School of Medicine.

Dr. Abbott Huang
RadiologistDr. Huang, member and partner of Progressive Radiology, has been a part of Howard Open MRI Center for over ten years. His focus is to provide quick and accurate diagnoses to aid referring clinician’s in their patient’s care and well-being. His reliability is well-known throughout the Howard County medical community.

Jessica Hausknecht
Director of Marketing and Customer ServiceJessica Hausknecht joined the Howard Open MRI team five years ago as the Senior Marketing Representative. Prior to Howard Open MRI Center Jessica’s work history included nine years of customer service experience in various restaurants, including Ruth Chris’ Steakhouse. In 2002, Jessica graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing. Jessica’s work history and education combination has made her a leader at the facility, encouraging and implementing customer service processes that are superior to the industry standard as well as unique marketing efforts that cater to the needs of our referrers. Her daily driving motivation to assist referrers in sending patients to Howard Open MRI Center is so that patients as well as referrers experience the industry’s best in patient care, image quality and diagnostic reports.
Anita Logan
Manager, Facility OperationsAnita Logan has served as the Manager of Facility Operations at Howard Open MRI Center for the last three years. In her current position, she provides oversight to Howard Open MRI Center, Olney MRI Center and Seven Square Imaging Center. She began her work in the radiology industry eight years ago as a patient coordinator. After four years, she was promoted to Office Manager at Howard Open MRI Center and Olney MRI Center. Anita’s compassionate outlook while balancing an eye for attention to detail and fluent inner-office processes makes her a unique asset to Howard Open MRI Center and the radiology industry in general. Anita’s philosophy is to ensure that every patient and every referring office is treated as she would want to be treated or as she would want her family members to be treated. With this promise guiding her every move, patients and referrers are ensured the best radiology service available when they choose Howard Open MRI Center.
